Job Summary:
Teknikal Recruitment seeks an experienced HSQE Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental management across all operations. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures, as well as conducting regular risk assessments and audits.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and maintain HSQE policies, procedures, and programs.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls.
  3. Monitor and report on HSQE performance, including the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
  4. Maintain and continuously improve quality management systems in line with ISO standards.
  5. Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and other stakeholders on HSQE matters.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a degree or equivalent level qualification in Environmental Sciences, Quality Management, or a related field, as well as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Health and Safety. Experience in delivering Health and Safety related training is also essential.
