Duty Care Manager

We are seeking a professional Duty Care Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living communities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the security and safety of our development, ensuring the wellbeing and happiness of our residents.
- Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.
- Work closely with our residents, their families, and our care teams to ensure seamless care and support.
- Contribute to the development of our care and support services, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
We are looking for a warm, friendly, and organized individual with experience in care or support environments. You will have excellent care skills, a passion for delivering high-quality care, and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
You will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire our care teams to deliver exceptional care. You will also be able to work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and make decisions.
