Duty Care Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents
* Manage the security and wellbeing of residents
* Oversee the Care and Support teams
* Coordinate activities that foster a sense of community
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a care or support environment
* QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
