Duty Care Manager

We are seeking a professional Duty Care Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading developer of luxury retirement living communities. As a Duty Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our residents, managing the security of our developments, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
About You- You will be a warm, friendly, and organized individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
- You will have a strong understanding of the Health and Social Care sector and preferably hold a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification.
- You will be able to coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen the community spirit within our developments.
- You will be driven to continue growing your skills and lead by example, thinking on your feet to make a positive difference to the wellbeing and happiness of our residents.
