Duty Care Manager

We are seeking a professional Duty Care Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living communities. Key Responsibilities- Manage the security and safety of our development, ensuring the well-being of our residents and staff.
- Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that promote community spirit and engagement among our residents.
- Work closely with our residents, their families, and our staff to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Experience of working in a care or support environment, with a strong understanding of the needs of older adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
