About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Building Regulations Consultant to join our team in the South Midlands region. As a key member of our design and technical team, you will be responsible for providing architectural support across various developments, producing site layouts, and gaining building regulation approvals.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading housebuilder, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in design and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide architectural support to multiple developments
  • Produce and amend site layouts
  • Gain building regulation approvals for allocated developments
  • Assist with planning applications and deliver working drawings
  • Prepare specifications
  • Collate and organize technical information
  • Support the provision of technical information for site starts
  • Investigate technical problems and provide viable solutions

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and codes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities
  • Self-disciplined with good time management skills

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
  • 26 days' holiday (increasing by 1 day for every 3 years' continuous service up to 29 days)
