We are looking for a Senior Compliance Specialist to join our Group Compliance Function. The successful candidate will provide independent second line of defence compliance and conduct oversight, supporting our first line teams to ensure that regulatory requirements are met.

You will work closely with our Group Head of Compliance to contribute to the continuous improvement and development of our compliance advisory function. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact at a dynamic and ambitious company.

The estimated salary for this role is around £75,000 - £90,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes life assurance, critical illness cover, health cash plan, and private medical insurance.
