As a Senior Compliance Manager (Advisory), you will be part of a Group Compliance Function that operates across both regulated and unregulated Group entities, providing oversight, assurance, and insight into conduct and compliance matters.

You will provide independent second-line compliance and conduct oversight, support, and guidance to ensure that regulatory requirements, terminology, methods, and tools are fully understood and being used in the first line.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing advice and support to the first line, operating within the Compliance Advisory framework, to ensure that both current and future company activity is customer-centric and complies with regulatory obligations.
  • Evaluating and escalating conduct and regulatory risks to deliver the right customer and operational outcomes.
  • Supporting the Group Head of Compliance in contributing to the continuous improvement and development of the compliance advisory function.
  • Overseeing regulatory change management to deliver the right customer and operational outcomes first time with appropriate systems and controls.
  • Providing regulatory and conduct risk opinions on highly complex regulatory and discretionary change projects and programs.

Requirements include:

  • Significant working knowledge of regulatory handbooks and associated guides and codes relevant to Together.
  • A detailed understanding of regulatory permissions and practical authorization processes.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and apply regulatory standards to internal governance arrangements.
  • Previous experience in a senior compliance role.
