Job Title: Medical Director - Endocrinology & Diabetes

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our Endocrinology & Diabetes department at Triple West Medical. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest clinical standards in the practice of medicine, undertaking responsibilities related to agreed special interests, and providing professional supervision and management of junior medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest clinical standards in the practice of medicine
  • Undertake any responsibility which relates to the agreed special interests
  • Cover for colleagues' annual leave and other authorised absences
  • Provide professional supervision and management of junior medical staff
  • Be actively involved in the management of the department, including attendance at regular meetings and away days
  • Take part in annual appraisals, carried out by the Clinical Director

Requirements:

  • Must have GMC Registration
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in Endocrinology & Diabetes
