Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Consultant to join our team in Older People's Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting leadership, quality improvement, and innovative service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the organisation and running of Older Peoples Medicine services, working collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Assist the Medicine Directorate, Manager, and Clinical Director in investigating complaints and translating them into opportunities for service improvement.
  • Participate in Clinical Governance, making a significant contribution to multidisciplinary audit and risk management activities.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric medicine and excellent leadership skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
