Employee Benefits Administrator

We are seeking an experienced employee benefits administrator to join our team at Heat Recruitment in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients in the employee benefits sector.
  • Administer group pensions and other employee benefits schemes with attention to detail and a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and providers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in administration or client service within the employee benefits sector.
  • Proven experience working with group pensions and other employee benefits schemes.
  • Excellent IT skills and experience using provider software and CRMs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
