About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our HR team at Wild Recruitment. As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR tasks and processes: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and coordinating HR-related projects.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance data.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes: Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Handle HR queries from staff: Respond to employee inquiries, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and resolve any HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Interest in HR and desire to develop an HR career: We are looking for someone who is passionate about HR and eager to learn and grow with our team.
  • Strong organizational skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records is essential for this role.
