We are seeking a highly skilled Proposals Coordinator to join our southern bid team in our Southampton office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the successful preparation and submission of high-quality pre-qualification and proposal documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bid Writing: Lead the development of tailored bid responses for each project, ensuring clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness.
  • Content Editing: Review and edit bid responses from the wider team to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the overall bid strategy.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize InDesign and Acrobat software to create visually appealing and technically sound documents.
Requirements:
  • Experience in bids/proposal roles or a background in graphics with a passion for writing.
  • Knowledge of the construction sector or a similar industry.
  • Strong coordination and ability to work at pace.
