HSB Technical Ltd is a dedicated recruitment agency specializing in the Power & Propulsion, Shipbuilding, Shipping & Energy, and Aerospace industries. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for various permanent and contract roles across the UK and internationally.

Role Overview:
The Tender Proposal Coordinator will engage in competitive bidding for projects at both national and international levels. This role entails managing large-scale, intricate, and long-term projects with global funding bodies such as the World Bank, United Nations, and EU, as well as smaller consultancy firms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the writing and coordination of company tenders, bids, and proposals.
2. Identify, track, and disseminate public tender opportunities within the organization.
3. Assist Project Managers in the management and delivery of proposals.
4. Oversee registrations on procurement platforms and ensure company profiles are up-to-date.
5. Develop, manage, and submit proposals while adhering to our internal quality assurance protocols.
6. Manage MEP Peterson mailboxes for tender opportunities.
7. Collaborate with staff and the MEP Technical Oversight Team during proposal evaluations.
8. Work with the Technical Oversight Team to pinpoint strategic opportunities.
9. Aid the Technical Oversight Team in generating operational reports.
10. Support the Office Manager in maintaining and enhancing proposal databases, including lead trackers, Smart Sheets, Teamwork, and CV/reference databases.
11. Cultivate relationships with clients and international implementing agencies.
12. Provide assistance with broader operational tasks as directed by your line manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in marine, fisheries, aquaculture, sustainability, biology, or science.
- Project Management qualifications (e.g., CDM) are desirable.
- Training in bid/tender processes.
- Proven experience in competitive and time-sensitive tender/bid/proposal writing.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail in bid/tender submissions.
