As an Event Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our immersive experience, "FC Land". This 5-hour experience brings to life the mythical Elven world of Father Christmas, where guests journey through a magical Woodland Walk, encounter reindeers and characters, and culminate in a personalized audience with Father Christmas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the guest flow of "FC Land" using our bespoke system to allocate guests to available Father Christmas visit slots.
  • Ensure team members are working effectively and efficiently to meet guest throughput targets.
  • Monitor CCTV to optimize guest flow, staff movements, and allocation of guests to available Father Christmas visit slots.
  • Work under pressure to manage risks to the operational delivery of the area.
  • Collaborate with Event Managers, Area Operations Manager, Photos Duty Manager, and Guest Relations Duty Manager to ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year working in live entertainment, event operations, visitor attraction operations, or control centre operations.
  • A basic knowledge of KPI and customer insight data (e.g. dashboards, surveying, and mystery shoppers).
