Service Desk Analyst – 1st/2nd Line Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Infrastructure and Service Desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our internal customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal customers, providing guidance and support on IT-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and service requests using our service management tool.
  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure and Service Desk Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a service desk environment, with a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
