About the Role: As a key member of our Fleet and Maintenance team, you will provide administrative support to ensure compliance, improve performance, and develop Maintenance personnel. Your primary focus will be on managing projects for the F/M team, building costing models, and providing data management and reporting services.

Key responsibilities include:
• Collecting manual KPI forms from non-Transdev EAM locations and submitting them to finance;
• Reviewing EAM and BI to ensure data integrity;
• Managing user tickets for EAM application support, including new users, system access, data correction, and application issues;
• Managing Maintenance Information System EAM updates and maintenance;
• Assisting with MBR file each month from the prior month to ensure continuity of comments and data;
• Providing central control of Fleet information and new fleet entries;
• Monitoring EAM locations vehicle inventory activity;
• Managing the Centralized Fleet information;

As a successful candidate, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Fleet management. You should also have knowledge of inventory control, warranty recovery, shipping, and receiving, as well as basic SQL knowledge, Power BI skills, and strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint capabilities. Travel is expected but specific requirements vary by location.

Salary estimate: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
