Fleet Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ADB Companies, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with a full turnkey provider of technology infrastructure solutions, serving commercial clients, service providers, and local, state, and federal government organizations.
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of fleet technician and/or heavy equipment repairs experience, with certification of graduation from an accredited school focused on Fleet Mechanics preferred. Class A CDL License is also required, with the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Perform mid-level technician functions, including electrical, general diagnostics, minor HVAC, preventative maintenance, and repairs on various fleet vehicles and construction equipment.
- Conduct DOT inspections on various vehicles, utilizing required certifications.
- Utilize strong communication skills to support customers, vendors, and internal leaders with any complaints and/or issues that may arise.
This position operates out of a Warehouse/Fleet Shop environment that could include constant exposure to dust and/or outside elements.
