About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to join our team as Head of Fleet Technical Management. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical activities of our fleet, including maintenance, repairs, survey, and certification requirements. They will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that technical tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around SGD 140,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Maritime Engineering Experience: A strong background in maritime engineering, with experience in managing a fleet of ships.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: A strong understanding of maritime regulations and industry best practices.
