Job Summary

This role involves managing all aspects of fleet operations, including safety performance, vehicle inventory, repair & maintenance, external vendors, standard operating procedures, efficiencies, and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of fleet operations, including safety performance, vehicle inventory, repair & maintenance, and external vendors.
  • Analyze fleet operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maximize return on investment and manage costs.
  • Collaborate with the Fleet Management vendor to ensure efficient execution of contracted functions.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree with relative work experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in fleet administration/management with expertise in DOT, NHTSA, and IFTA regulations.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Estimated salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
