ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fleet Senior Analyst to join its team in a business-related field such as Logistics or Procurement environments. This role will serve as a core member of the ADP Fleet support team for both Sales & Executive company car drivers.

About the Role

This position will be responsible for the administration and coordination of the ADP Fleet/Company car program, interacting daily with internal fleet team members, drivers, and ADP's fleet management company on developing and improving processes and managing daily activities.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years related experience in a business-related field, strong analytical skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiencies, and prior experience working in Fleet, or related field.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Coordinates with and advises company car drivers regarding fleet policy, processes and timelines.
  2. Manages the ADP Executive fleet program to ensure expeditious, precise and efficient service is provided to Executive drivers.
  3. Leads on vehicle inventory management (VIM) program and processes; works directly with fleet management company's representatives to ensure processes are timely, effective and cost-efficient.
  4. Leads on accident & safety compliance program and Risk management initiatives.
  5. Manages the annual Driver Tax Compliance process.
  6. Leads on collections and violations tracking.
  7. Distributes insurance cards annually to field and provide ad-hoc replacements as needed.
  8. Analyzes and administers monthly Fleet payroll deductions and dispense monthly reports to internal stakeholders for processing.
  9. Administers check deposits to Accounts Payable team.
  10. Works closely with Fleet manager on processes, procedures and escalations.
  11. Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues in efforts to eliminate risk and exposure for the company.
  12. Reviews new operational solutions for fleet in efforts to develop and update systems and identify automation opportunities within the process to increase efficiency.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $70,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. ADP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
