Job Overview

In this exciting role as a Baler and Compactor Field Service Engineer with phs Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading provider of hygiene services in the UK, Spain, and Ireland. Salary and Benefits

Job Responsibilities

This field service engineer position involves servicing and maintaining recycling equipment on a reactive and scheduled basis. Key responsibilities include liaising with call controllers and field service supervisors to provide excellent customer service, achieving targets set by the supervisor, and adhering to customer service level agreements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require good fault-finding and diagnostic skills, knowledge of hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams, and the ability to understand mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic principles. A mature disciplined approach, good personal administrative skills, and strong customer care skills are also essential.
