Job Overview

Staffworx is looking for a skilled Product Information Management Director to lead our business analysis team and deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading business analysis teams, delivering ecommerce and PIM solutions, and managing requirements gathering processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the business analysis team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering quality service.
  • Requirements Gathering: Oversee requirements gathering practices and templates, ensuring high standards in documentation across all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in client discovery sessions, support or manage workshops, interviews, and other discovery activities to gather comprehensive business requirements.
  • Project Oversight: Provide oversight and guidance to BAs working on client projects, ensuring that requirements are aligned with project goals and timelines.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Senior business analysis or consulting role, preferably in ecommerce, PIM solutions, or related digital transformation sectors.
  • Leadership Experience: Strong leadership skills, ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts.
  • Expertise: Business requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design in ecommerce and/or PIM solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage complex requirements.
Salary:

$160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
