Alexander Lloyd have been engaged on to find a Reward Director for a global PLC. The organisation is c9000 FTE globally, and the role will be based in Surrey/London on a hybrid basis, with travel to other UK and international locations on occasion. PLC / Remco and international experience are pre-requisite experience for this permanent opportunity.

The role is responsible for providing strategic thought leadership in global reward, recognition and benefit practices (with a particular focus on UK, US and APAC markets) to shape and deliver the global reward strategy. This global reward strategy will directly enable the delivery of in-year company performance and the realisation of the business strategy. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Reward Director will lead the Reward function globally (12 FTE) and have a particular focus on the UK PLC (FTSE250) and its Remuneration Committee’s corporate governance requirements.


You will ensure the implementation of the reward strategy will include the design and assurance of robust governance of all reward-related activities.
It is also expected the role will bring global PLC market practice insights and ensure reward practices are efficient, cost-effective and relevant across the organisation as well as aligned to delivery of strategic objectives. Through collaboration with the Group CPO, Global People Leadership team and other stakeholders you will be responsible for bringing a performance driven, enterprise wide strategic and structured approach to Total Rewards; ensuring the company effectively attract and retain the very top talent globally.

Pay range and compensation package

The salary range is c£150-180k plus a generous variable aspect, car allowance, pension and further benefits.
