About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at BSS. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales, drivers, and warehouse staff, and will be accountable for the overall performance of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers to build profitable business growth.
  • Manage the full operation of the branch, ensuring safety, storage efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Be in control of sales, margin, and overheads to exceed targets and deliver best-in-class financial performance.
  • Lead, motivate, and engage your team to deliver great service for our customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with relevant skills and experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to delegate and empower colleagues.
  • Highly adaptable, resilient, and tenacious, with high levels of energy and drive.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
