Role Overview

As Branch Manager, you will efficiently manage resources in the Branch to provide optimum productivity, profitability, and growth. You will deliver personal development for all employees, achieve the Business Plan, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve the Managers Business Plan.
  • Understand, commit, and participate fully in quality improvement processes.
  • Manage service beyond customers' expectations and to company standards.
  • Support and adhere to the Core Values of the company.
  • Develop, quality, and maintain loan, sales contracts, insurance, and ancillary programs.
  • Handle collections, bankruptcies, litigation, foreclosures, etc.
  • Hire, train, develop, salaries, and advancement of employees.
  • Timeliness and accuracy of all record-keeping functions and reports.
  • Physical appearance of the office, employees, and company image.
