Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Rullion Limited. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering projects through their full lifecycle, managing project teams, and ensuring plans are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver projects through their full lifecycle
  • Manage project teams to ensure plans are delivered safely and efficiently
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure cost and quality targets are hit
  • Balance project priorities
  • Evaluate and manage risks
  • Provide training and mentoring for less experienced project leads
  • Provide handover of the project upon completion
  • Lead problem-solving efforts and ensure project delays are minimal
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification in project management, scientific, or engineering discipline to BEng level
  • Minimum 5 years project management experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing projects through their full lifecycle
  • Chartered status
  • Strong commercial experience
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of NEC
  • Nuclear or nuclear defence experience
