Culinary Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at Sodexo, where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional culinary services to our armed forces personnel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
- Work closely with the FOH team to drive service excellence and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Prepare and produce food to the highest standard, adhering to menu specifications and nutritional guidelines.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment.
- Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Experience in menu production and confident input.
- Exposure to bulk cooking and ability to work under pressure.
