Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Excellence Specialist to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of food to the highest standard.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems.
  • Work collaboratively with the FOH team to drive service excellence.
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Experience in menu production and confident input.
  • Exposure to bulk cooking.

Package Details

  • 35 hours per week.
  • 5 out of 7 days (various shifts between 06:30-21:00).
  • £ per hour.
