The Employer:
RGB Recruitment is seeking to appoint a Community Engagement Specialist for a client operating within a supportive housing framework.
This organization not only addresses housing needs but also strives to empower local businesses to source talent from their communities.
With a robust growth strategy aimed at bolstering economic development, they plan to sustain approximately 7,000 positions within the construction sector and its associated supply chains.
With ambitions to increase housing stock by 5,000 units over the next five years, they are committed to providing affordable housing solutions on a low-cost rental and sales basis, making them a desirable employer offering both benefits and job security.
The Role:
v Facilitating support for young individuals in a Key Worker capacity.
v Developing and revising action plans and risk assessments v Conducting one-on-one sessions or leading group activities for young residents v Empowering youth to acquire essential skills for independent living within the community v Overseeing personal scheduling and caseload management The ideal candidate will possess: v A commitment to finding solutions for supporting youth from diverse backgrounds v An understanding of the unique needs and interests of young individuals, enabling the creation of tailored action plans v A dedication to providing immediate assistance and support for youth facing safeguarding, emotional, and mental health challenges v A resilient and adaptable disposition when interacting with others v The ability to work effectively under pressure while crafting support plans and adhering to deadlines v A willingness to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.

This position is offered on a full-time, temporary basis, with responsibilities centered in the Bristol office.
The working hours total 37 per week, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, including one weekend shift every four weeks, on a rotational basis.An enhanced DBS check for both adult and child safeguarding is required to apply for this position due to the urgency of filling the role.
