Job Summary:

  • Supporting the sale and execution of project finance transactions within the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Developing expertise and knowledge of the markets, products, clients, and processes required in delivering project finance transactions.
  • Cash flow modelling, financial analysis, and due diligence activities.

About the Role:

Cer Financial Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Structured Finance Energy Project Finance. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of project finance transactions, developing their expertise and knowledge of the markets, products, clients, and processes required in delivering project finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the sale and execution of project finance transactions.
  • Developing expertise and knowledge of the markets, products, clients, and processes required in delivering project finance transactions.
  • Cash flow modelling, financial analysis, and due diligence activities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project finance transactions, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. They will also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
