Energy Transition Finance Associate

ONE SEARCH is seeking a highly skilled Energy Transition Finance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Energy Transition Finance team, you will play a critical role in structuring, financing, and advising on projects that drive the shift to a low-carbon economy.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct detailed credit analysis and comprehensive technical and legal due diligence on project finance transactions.
- Present proposed transactions to management and the credit committee, and assist in the ongoing management of booked assets.
- Support client acquisition efforts by developing marketing materials and coordinating with internal product teams.
- Lead deal processes and manage complex transactions as you grow within the role.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in project finance, specifically in energy.
- Skilled in analysis and credit assessment for project finance transactions.
- Some experience in project finance DCF modeling is ideal but not required.
- Ability to work well in team settings and value collective success.
- Highly motivated, able to work under pressure, results-driven, and keen to take on responsibility.
