Lead Food Preparation Manager

As a Chef with Chartwells, you will have the opportunity to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognizes employees who go beyond the plate. You will work closely with our team to create exceptional food experiences for Universities on a full-time basis contracted to 35 hours per week.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Preparing delicious, high-quality food that meets our clients' and customers' expectations
- Overseeing and implementing menu changes to ensure consistency and quality
- Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and suggesting innovative solutions
- Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
- Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts that showcase our culinary expertise
- Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
- Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked and efficient
- Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards and comply with regulations
