Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Support students with their learning, both individually and in groups
  • Supervise students during non-lesson times and accompany them on trips
  • Provide feedback on student progress and contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans
Requirements
  • Experience of working with children in a learning environment
  • A good understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with adults and children
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people
