This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Receptionist in our Head Office. As a key member of the front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the relevant department.
- Perform administrative tasks such as franking post and ordering supplies.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless communication.
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- $26,500 per annum.
