Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Receptionist in our Head Office. As a key member of the front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the relevant department.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as franking post and ordering supplies.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
