**Lead Capacity Planner Opportunity**

We are recruiting a seasoned Capacity Planning Lead to join our planning team at Legal & General Retail. As a key leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our medium to long-term capacity plans.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of business demand
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in capacity planning, preferably in a medium to long-term planning role
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
