Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Physiotherapy Team Lead to join our team at Medacs Healthcare. As part of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, this role offers a challenging opportunity to lead and develop the physiotherapy service in an Integrated Assessment Care Unit.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in physiotherapy (BSc) or diploma and be registered with the HCPC.
  • At least 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
  • Proven experience in discharge planning and complex care management.

This is a key leadership role, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage a team of physiotherapists and coordinate the delivery of care services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists.
  • Coordinate the delivery of care services in the Integrated Assessment Care Unit.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes.
