Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Job Description

We are seeking an Inspector of Education and Training to join our team. As an expert in your field, you will play a crucial role in inspecting and reporting on the quality of education and training in providers across Wales. You will also contribute to the development and dissemination of effective practice and building capacity for improvement in the education and training system.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and report on the quality of education and training in providers across Wales
  • Develop and disseminate effective practice and build capacity for improvement in the education and training system
  • Work closely with stakeholders to drive improvement and maintain high standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in education and training, preferably in a leadership or management position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
