Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Service Care Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in our residential home.
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will work closely with our team to ensure that placement plans, policies, and risk assessments are followed. You will also have the opportunity to support the children in their education and daily activities, helping them to thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care and create positive relationships with children, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times
• Use leadership skills to supervise staff, lead shifts, and ensure placement plans, policies, and risk assessments are followed
• Support the children in their education and daily activities, helping them to thrive in a safe and nurturing environment
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce (or equivalent), as well as at least 2 years of experience in residential childcare and working with young people. A valid driving licence is also required.
What We Offer:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £31,305.60 - £34,259.20 per annum (inclusive of sleep-ins), as well as opportunities for career development and professional growth within our organization.
