Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Senior Support Worker in Leek, ST13.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people, while also developing your skills and knowledge in childcare and youth work.
Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
- To work closely with colleagues to deliver effective shift management, rota planning, and staff supervision.
- To maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- To participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare and working with young people.
- A valid driving licence.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to children and young people.
