Children Support Associate

We are seeking experienced support workers to provide high-quality care and support for children in residential settings. This role requires a background in child services, with a focus on delivering tailored support to meet individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive care and support to children, including daily living activities and social engagement.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of service users at all times, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and professionals to deliver exceptional care and support.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Experience: Proven experience working in child services or residential care settings.
• DBS Check: A valid Enhanced DBS certificate with adult and child workforce checks and no convictions required.
• Training: Completion of mandatory support worker training, including Safeguarding Adults & Children, Manual Handling, First Aid, Health & Safety, Infection Prevention & Control, Autism & Epilepsy, and PMVA.
• Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
