Youth Care Worker

About the Role:
* Provide tailored care and support to young people, addressing their individual needs and promoting their well-being.
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and social engagement.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of service users at all times, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation as per compliance protocols.
* Collaborate with team members and professionals to deliver exceptional care and achieve outstanding results.
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven track record working in residential childcare or nursing home settings, supporting adults and children.
* DBS Check: Valid Enhanced DBS certificate with adult and child workforce checks and no convictions.
* Training: Completion of mandatory support worker training, including safeguarding, manual handling, first aid, health and safety, infection prevention, and more.
* Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience), offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
