We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Development Representative to join our team at K3 Capital Group Plc in Bolton. As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for making direct contact with small business owners and discussing the possibility of selling their company.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment where you can build strong relationships with clients, manage your time effectively, and achieve targets. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in sales (B2B or B2C), and the ability to manage sensitive conversations with tact and diplomacy. They will also have strong literacy/numerical skills, bags of energy, drive, commitment, and ambition.

As part of our benefits package, we offer a competitive salary of £25K basic, realistic OTE £40K (uncapped commission structure), as well as daily, weekly, and monthly incentives, team nights out, and ongoing development opportunities. You'll enjoy a great work-life balance, working 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and finishing at 3pm on Fridays. We also offer 28 days' holiday (inc bank holidays) and charity events.
