The Opportunity:

As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and qualifying new sales leads
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Managing relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborating with our recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of client projects

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary up to £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Double OTE and uncapped commission scheme
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, birthdays off, and volunteering days
