About the Role:

As a Therapy Assistant / Support Worker, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement personalized support plans, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and household tasks
  • Supporting clients to engage in leisure activities and community outings
  • Attending hospital appointments and medical appointments with clients
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of six months' experience working in a support worker role or similar
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own car

  • A flexible and positive approach to work patterns and schedules
  • A genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others
