Junior Finance and Administrative Assistant

Are you looking to kickstart your career in finance? The Education for Industry Group is seeking a Junior Finance and Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

This diverse role will have you at the heart of our operations, managing bookkeeping tasks and providing essential administrative support for both internal and external financial matters.

As a Junior Finance and Administrative Assistant, you will collaborate closely with the Accounts Assistant and Finance Director. Key responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, processing refunds, handling student payments, and maintaining accurate ledgers and reconciliations.

Experience in finance or administrative support is a plus, but what we value most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

You will have experience of working in an accounting environment and good general administration. You will have the ability to process data in an efficient and timely manner whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
