Role Overview

Equiniti is a leading international provider of shareholder, pension, remediation, and credit technology. With over 6000 employees, it supports 37 million people in 120 countries.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Pension Administration team as a Customer Service Representative. Based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, we are a well-established pension administrator with over 1.5 million customers across the UK.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our callers, discussing everything from joining the pension scheme to retirement and beyond. You will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and make a real difference in people's lives.

We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with constant support from experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Resolve members' telephone enquiries, based on a competent working knowledge of the pension schemes
  • Excellent attendance and time-keeping
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C or above
  • Ability to form good working relationships
  • Applicants must have resided in the UK for at least 5 years
