Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate temporary workers to fulfill client requirements
- Create and maintain a pool of candidates appropriate to the client's needs
- Recruit, select, and onboard workers
- Contribute to a candidate-focused culture, ensuring a 'right fit' and maintaining good communication
- Manage administration processes such as absences and holiday requests
- Accurate data input and verification for weekly payroll
- Provide a 24/7 on-call service to meet client requirements as required
