Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, HRIS, Workday, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes
- Experience in lead generation for talent acquisition is a plus
