We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and building a pipeline of high-quality Care Professionals to deliver exceptional care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of recruitment administration, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulators, and Franchise Standards.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Process candidates through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in a timely manner, ensuring accurate data.
  • Support the Recruiter at local community recruitment events and manage the Employee Referral Scheme.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practice approaches and optimize our recruitment tools to improve efficiency.
  • Participate in the paid on-call rota and ensure compliance with our Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy.
  • Have a good understanding of legislation relating to recruitment, including Enhanced Criminal Record checks, referencing, and Right to Work checks.
  • Be proficient in using social media and digital communication tools for recruitment purposes.
  • Be flexible to work outside of regular hours to meet the demands of the business.
  • Have a good working knowledge of IT Systems, with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and the ability to learn and adopt new technologies.
